Meet the Director Vaughn

Vaughn Osterhouse

Meet our Account Manager, Eric. He was born and raised in Vancouver Washington. Eric grew up playing Basketball and Football. He began his career in the restaurant industry as a server. After being in customer service he knew he wanted more. He wanted the opportunity and growth, a great team environment, and to gain sales experience. His exemplary professionalism and his ability to coach continue to expedite his growth. His goal is to become an owner and retire his Mom within 3 years.

Eric Shenaut

Meet our Account Manager, Micheal. Born and raised all around California, Micheal moved to Washington to help care for his aunt. Prior to finding this business, Micheal did a variety of jobs, everything from dog grooming to construction. Those jobs all had one thing in common, the lack of growth. In his free time, Micheal loves reading, gaming, and being outdoors—skating and hiking whenever he gets the chance. He joined our Management Training Program to become an Entrepreneur and open his own Construction Business one day. Micheal is the energizer bunny and hype-man of our office, if you’re ever having a bad day, talking to Micheal for 30 seconds will flip your mood around!

Micheal Foreman

Meet our Account Manager Robel. He grew up in Washington State helping his parents run an Adult Family Home. Wanting to break off on his own, he left to pave his own path. He was serving in a retirement home and found a passion for helping people but knew he was meant for more. He grew up heavily involved in sports and thrives in a high energy team environment. Then he found this business. Combining all of his traits he has become a prime example of leadership. He wants to prove to his family that you don’t need to go the college route to achieve success and he is definitely on his way there

Meet our Account Manager Yur-Mani. He was born and raised in Chicago surrounded by bad influences and dangerous situations. He never really had a true home, moving constantly. After spending 3 years working in a warehouse to save money, he finally had enough to leave for the west coast. He got into security and proved his ability repeatedly, winning award after award, but saw no growth. He decided to seek out a different path which landed him in our entry level sales role. Since he’s been here, Yur-Mani has gotten promoted to leadership and continues to show his work ethic daily. He has goals to be promoted to assistant director by the end of 2026.
